I really don’t know what sort of CD this is. It has something to do with colleges in the USA. The choice of music is a bit strange too, with big artists like David Bowie, Radiohead, the Ramones and Tracy Chapman along a bunch of artists that I’ve never heard of and probably will never hear again.
Nearly all songs are heavy music, and when I say heavy than I mean HEAVY. Also the Tony Macauley/Mike d’Abo song “Build Me Up Buttercup” got a heavy treatment, like I’ve never heard before. But still this song is much different from the rest of the CD, because it’s a much more commercial song than the rest. “Build Me Up Buttercup” by The Goops comes from “The Mallrats” soundtrack.
