Peter & Gordon recorded this Mike d'Abo song somewhere in 1966. It was to be meant as the a or b-side of a single, but it actually was never released on a record. A UK record collector told me that demonstration records exist.

Later (in 1970) Gordon Waller recorded a solo record called “You’re Only Gonna Hurt Yourself” which was written by Mike d’Abo and Tony Macauley`.
